Payment

Tiny Tsuki accepts payments via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account once the item is shipped.

All prices are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.

Tiny Tsuki uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures your information cannot be intercepted.

Shipping

Denmark Domestic Shipping flatrate

Parcel shop delivery: 50 DKK

International Shipping

Shipping costs vary from country to country. Fill out your contact information at checkout to get the shipping cost.

We use Shipmondo, which provides access to various shipping distributors, we will calculate the shipping cost with the provided adress.

Some EU countries have a flat rate shipping cost of 95 dkk at check out.

Note:
Some countries may impose duties and taxes. These fees are separate from shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. For more information on customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order but they are delivered individually, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.

For orders consisting of multiple batches or parts, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the final batch or part.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days of receipt. You can email us at hello@tinytsuki.com.

You cannot withdraw by refusing to accept the item without notifying us.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom work products (e.g., custom bandanas, backpacks, etc.)
Soaps and other personal care products
Sale items, "save me" category, and gift cards

Returns

Tiny Tsuki takes no responsibility for missing returns without proof of delivery. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returns can naturally also be made in our in-house store.

Once you notify us of your intent to withdraw, you have 14 days to return the item(s).

Condition of Returned Items

If the item’s value is reduced due to use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties, or function, you may only receive part of the purchase amount back. The refund will depend on the item’s commercial value, and in some cases, only shipping costs may be refunded.

We recommend returning the item in its original packaging. Missing original packaging may reduce the item's value.

Refunds

If you withdraw your purchase, we will refund your payment, including delivery costs (excluding extra costs for non-standard delivery methods you may have chosen).

Refunds will be made no later than 30 days from the date we receive your notification of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the refund unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or documentation proving its return.

Caution Before Purchasing Vintage Items

Our items are vintage and pre-loved. During our sourcing and selection process, we only resell items that receive our T.T. Approved stamp of approval.

This also means that the majority of our carefully curated pieces have been previously cared for. Small signs of wear (or "joy")—such as minor stains—are to be expected with these items.

Some charm and imperfections are not reasons enough to discard or undervalue a quality piece of clothing.

We do our best to provide the most accurate descriptions, measurements, and images of each item.

Description of Condition Grade:

T.T. Approved:

The majority of our curated pieces have been previously cared for.
Small signs of wear (or "joy"), such as minor stains, are to be expected.
Some charm and imperfections do not affect the value or quality of the clothing.

Complaints

As a consumer, you are entitled to a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

If your complaint is justified, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You must file your complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the issue. Complaints made within two months of discovering the issue will always be considered timely.

If your complaint is justified, we will cover your reasonable shipping costs. Return the item in secure packaging and keep the shipping receipt for reimbursement.
